Kelsey’s background in property management and marketing lends to her foresight in new business development and logistical analysis. Kelsey moved back to Salem with her husband, Patrick, in 2015 to contribute to the community they both love and were raised in. Kelsey loves trying new recipes in the kitchen and spending time at the Oregon Coast with her family. Patrick Oran

Patrick’s career began in commercial construction in 2007, developing numerous Willamette Valley projects. That foundational experience led him to Starbucks in Seattle where he served as a real estate and construction expert on strategic initiatives across North America. With a desire to live and raise a family in the community that raised them, Patrick and his wife moved back to Salem in 2016. After his time at Nike leading analytics for New Store Development, Patrick joined Hancock Real Estate in 2020.
